Mobility for a better life
Together with our local partner in Guatemala, Children's Hope Fund supports the mobilization of Guatemalans with disabilities through health, rehabilitation, education, leadership skills, social inclusion and employment.
What is important to us is a holistic perspective on "health", which is accompanied by innumerable social factors. Therefore, we believe that health means more than just the absence of disease or infirmity, but that health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being. We provide medical assistance, mobility aids and promote the procurement of jobs in our own repair shop, where old and broken wheelchairs are restored.
